Returns

 

You have a window of 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product(s) for a full refund, which includes the shipping price. When you request to return a product, we will email you shipping instructions.

We ask you to please, to the best of your ability, ship the products back in their original packaging, in good conditions.

The refund will be made in full, even if the product is damaged or empty.

Allow up to 14 business days to see the refund transaction on your bank statement. The time required to carry a bank transaction is out of our control, sp we ask you to please be patient.

If you choose to pay by check or money order you may cancel your Order before making the payment or in case the payment is not received by us in 30 days, Beauty With Eva will cancel your order.

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered, we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.
