Products are shipped between 1 and 3 working days after order confirmation, depending on the number of products in your order and the destination country.
All products are shipped from Belgium.
For countries within the EU, the shipping time is between 3 and 7 working days. For countries outside Europe, shipment may take up to 15 days.
Regardless of the shipping method used and the country of destination, you will receive an email with shipment details such as number of parcels, as well as a tracking number to follow your order. Returns
Returns
You have a window of 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product(s) for a full refund, which includes the shipping price. When you request to return a product, we will email you shipping instructions. We will cover the shipping expenses to return the product.
We ask you to please ship the products back in their original packaging, in good conditions.
The refund will be made in full even if the product is damaged or empty.
